H2H Associates is proud to partner with Barton International again this year as a sponsor for the 14th Annual ACOC Charity Golf Tournament, which will be held Sunday, August 25.
The annual tournament benefits the Adirondack Community Outreach Center in North Creek, New York. The center provides a wide-range of essential services to residents of North Warren County and Southern Essex County, including a food pantry, a used clothing center, community garden and rental space, and special events.
